Bestronics combined its move to a new location, with the purchase of a couple of new machines. In the past two years the 3 production lines have entirely been replaced by 4 new Samsung (longboard up to 150 cm) Pick & Place machines, 1 A.O.I.(Automatic Optical Inspection Machine) and 1 Automated Storage Solution. Now, we have invested in the latest Ersa Versaprint 2 Stencil printer with 2/3D inspection to apply soldering paste to the PCBs and 1 ultramodern selective soldering robot Ersa Versaflow 4-55 with 2 soldering pots, that can fully selectively apply refined “manual” soldering between 2 already placed components. This machine enables Bestronics to meet the large demand from customers to deliver larger series with fast machines. It will further stimulate the growth of Bestronics with a modern fleet and motivated, experienced employees.
